• လစဉ် SSB နှင့်ပတ်သတ်သော ကိစ္စရပ်များ ပြုလုပ်ပေးရခြင်း၊
• လစဉ် ဝန်ထမ်းလစာများ အချိန်မီပေးနိုင်ရေးဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊ နယ်ဆိုင်များနှင့် တစ်လအတွင်း Attendance များတိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။

 တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်၊
 HR Certificate ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်၊
 ကွန်ပျူတာ ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုတတ်ရမည်၊(word, Excel, Power Point , Page Maker)
 Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်၊
