Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for entering employee data into our HR system, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all HR information.
  • Organize new employee orientations and assist in developing training programs and support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Monitor and record all types of leaves, both manual and using HRMS system, to ensure accurate records.
  • Monitor employee daily attendance and overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collect and manage duty rosters for various departments and update this information in HRMS.
  • Assist in posting job openings, collecting resumes, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate backgrounds for recruitment.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of employee data in personal files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Be ready to take on various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by your manager, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
