Administrative Support
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and clerical tasks.
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and promotion letters.
Recruitment Support
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Post job ads and screen resumes.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Engagement
Support the organization of HR events (e.g., staff meetings, trainings, team-building).
Help conduct employee satisfaction surveys and compile results.
Payroll & Attendance
Track employee attendance and leave records.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Compliance & Documentation
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with labor law.
File and archive HR documents securely and properly.
Other Duties
Provide general support to HR projects and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered.
Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
