- Record the daily attendance for all staff and calculate payroll & overtime. - Prepared and recorded Monthly Leave balance List.- Prepare the vacancy announcement as relevant department as required.- Reviewing resumes and arrange Recruitment process.- Calculate SSB Contribution payment and communicate to Labor Office.- Monthly staff personal record filling. Maintaining and updating personal data for all employee. - Employee ID card management and photos taking.- Other duties assigned by HR Manager.

Job Requirements
- Any Graduate, Certificate in HRM- Age between (25~28) years- At least 2 years of experiences as an HR Assistant and more preferred construction field- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)- Must be knowledgeable in Myanmar Labor Law- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn
