• Manage HR Department for all HR processes (Operations)• To make sure all of the HR Policies are in place• Review the existing policies and procedures and new policies creation• Manage HR Reports • Manage Employee Engagement• Compliance Management• Annual Salary and Benefit Review• Salary Structure Review and annual updates• Manage the performance management plan and Implementation• Manage salary calculation• Employee Handbook Review, Edit, and update• Orientation Program (Review & Revise)• Create filing system• Overview of Daily Operations

Job Requirements
• Any bachelor’s degree & HRM, HRD, BMA Diploma.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in this position. • Must be known Government labor laws knowledge • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills• Strong communication skills• Long term relationship with company• Must be able to work under pressure• Good employee relationship skill
