1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
4. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and employee perks.
5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and engagement.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities and transactions.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
8. Handle employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
