Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization members by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit Interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
  • Maintains team members by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains team members job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Works with Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the organization and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employee.
  • Monitors employee progress and stay abreast on organization’s culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
  • Prepares and submits all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
  • Conducts various welfare/farewell activities and recommends new policies, approaches, and procedures.
  • Prepares monthly report & Annual report.

Job Requirements

    Master or bachelor’s degree in business management or Human Resources Management
    Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
    Strong knowledge about HR rules and regulations and current Labour Law
    Expert in communication and negotiation skill.
    Must be conduct training programs for the employee.
    Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
    Able to work with teams and other departmental heads to achieve a common goal.
    Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
