  •  Provide the full HR service from Operational Services to Strategic HR support and direction
  •  Provide day to day HR services and support to the business include, people management attendance support, Labor relation and people development plan.
  •  Ensure the HR process are setup and work efficiently so that all HR systems are registered correctly and accordingly to the Local Law regarding the rules and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate bachelor degree.
  • At least 3 years experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Equip with a through understanding of local employment practice and related legislation and Labor Law in Myanmar.
  • Proactive practical with high levels of energy.
  • Strong relationship building abilities and Good communication skill of levels.
  • Good command in both written and Spoken English.
  • Able to communicate with other team members.
