- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites.- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.- Ensure all employees and subcontractors comply with HSE regulations and PPE requirements.- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in construction, elevator, or engineering projects.- Knowledge of Myanmar HSE regulations and international safety standards.- Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.- Able to travel and work at project sites when required.
