-Assist to HR General Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
-Supports to HR General Manager by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection, orientation program, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
-Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training & development programs.
-Manages payroll and a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
-Manage disbursements to at all level employees in respect of their claims.
-Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results as training manager to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
-Implements employee benefits training & development programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
-Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures, and by follow up update government labor laws.
-Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
-Manages HR executives in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Job Requirements
-5 years’ experience at HR Manager level in a medium to large organization.
-A Bachelor Degree or Diploma preferably in Human Resources Management or Management is desirable.
-Experience in a human resources function is required, together with an up-to-date working knowledge of employment-related legislation.
-Experience in managing HR policy and understand government labor laws.
-Good communication with government labor related departments’ officers.
-Able to speak Chinese & English 4 skills.
-Good use in MS Word, MS Excel.
-Able to establish positive working relationships with at all level of employees.
-Establishes effective interpersonal relationships across the board.
-Able to reason objectively and critically.
-A can do attitude and a sense of honest.
-Can work under pressure and remain focused in emotionally charged situations.
-Able to be a team player – participant and leader.
