- Arrange for interview of shortlisted candidates with hiring manager.- Assist to register employees for training and coordinate payment of training with training institutions.- Assist to review payroll submission to ensure accuracy of data.- Handle administration of training requests of applications for employees.- Plan orientation programmed for new joiners.- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job posting platforms such as online job portals and newspapers.- Prepare on-boarding administration for new joiners.- Select suitable candidates and share their profiles with hiring managers for their consideration.- Support with payroll or compensation calculation of exceptional situations.- Track performance review of employees and check for completion of performance appraisal forms of employees.
