Teaching and Instruction

  • Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that cater to the learning needs of students in the assigned subject area.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the school’s curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant, challenging, and inclusive.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary themes and promote a holistic approach to learning.

Assessment and Evaluation

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.

Student Support and Wellbeing

  • Support students in their academic and personal development, including social-emotional growth.

  • Provide additional support or enrichment to students who need it, such as tutoring or differentiated instruction.

  • Act as a mentor or advisor for students, helping them to set academic and personal goals.

Collaboration and Professional Development

  • Work collaboratively with other teachers, department heads, and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.

  • Participate in regular staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum planning sessions.

  • Engage in ongoing professional learning to keep abreast of the latest educational trends, technologies, and pedagogical strategies.

Parental and Community Engagement
