  • Assess students’ learning abilities, strengths, and educational needs.
     

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
     

  • Adapt teaching methods, materials, and classroom environments to support diverse learners.
     

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group instruction.
     

  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain accurate records.
     

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, therapists, and school administrators.

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.

  • Training in special education methodologies or inclusive education practices.

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred).
