Job Summary

To carry out works related of all government departments in Yangon including  to apply import health certificate in FDA and import license in trade department.

 

Job Description

  • Create and maintain good relationships with all government departments for import documents and registration and renewal and agreement etc.
  • Check and summit FDA to apply import health certificate from Ygn to NPT, and request FDA charges to Yangon.
  • Coordination & checking the FDA approval and pending cases weekly
  • Withdraw cash and timely deposits to the bank and sending back to Yangon with daily received voucher
  • Handle multiple projects and also work independently
  • Well maintain of the procurement process documents for internal audit purpose
  • Doing some Naypyidaw office’s duties daily or weekly or monthly
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by Management and BODs.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in both English and Myanmar
  • Result-oriented, team player mindset, good analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills
  • Good MS office skills
