• Perform regular backup operations and support disaster recovery processes using Veeam and VMware.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support and maintain storage and SAN switch environments.
• Handle multiple support tasks simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and impact while demonstrating effective time management.
• Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning new technologies and responding to changing project requirements.
