Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments in coordination with various departments and management.
  • Allocate resources and prepare detailed audit programs.
  • Lead audit teams during planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Review working papers, testing results.
  • Ensure timely completion of audits within the approved plan.
  • Present audit findings, root causes, and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Coach and mentor audit staff to enhance performance and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA, ACCA or similar qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of internal audit experience with team supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills, report writing ability, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple audits.
  • High integrity, independence, and strong interpersonal communication.
