Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise daily inventory operations for fresh vegetables.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and spoilage.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and issuance of fresh produce.
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and shelf life.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Operations teams.
  • Track inventory movements using ERP/WMS systems.
  • Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
  • Identify slow-moving, damaged, and expired products and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the inventory team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in fresh produce or FMCG.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP/WMS and inventory management systems.
  • Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
