  • Supporting senior IR and management in maintaining investor confidence.
  • Ensuring information shared with investors is accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Prepare summary reports for senior management on investor sentiment and market perception.
  • Ensure financial data used is accurate, consistent, and approved by relevant departments.
  • Assist in maintaining regular communication with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
  • Respond to routine investor inquiries with accurate and consistent information
  • Experience in Investors Relations field will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with share market, IPO market and YSH knowledge in plus.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s Degree (MBA / Finance / Economics)
  • Postgraduate diplomas in Finance or Capital Markets
  • Overall, the degree must support financial expertise, communication ability, and regulatory understanding
  • Understanding of Regulatory compliance and disclosure requirement awareness (especially in banks).
  • Financial analysis and Reporting knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment and well-organized.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
