(1) Support Sales, Service and Spare Parts System
(2) Business Trip for Training Program and Meeting
(3) To Monitor Network Infrastructure via UniFi Controller and Server Room
(4) Installing and configuring computer systems
(5) Diagnosing and solving Hardware/ Software faults
(6) Check and Prepare Software License term, Monthly software charges, Yearly License term and internet fees also.
(7) Evaluates vendor supplied software/ hardware by studying user objectives

- Must be Graduated
- Diploma in ICT or Other equivalent
- Proficient in English 4 Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including ability to effectively communicate with internal employees)
- Troubleshooting knowledge for network, software and hardware
- Can travel (Local/ Oversea)
- Driving License (Prefer)
