Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
2. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
3. Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
4. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Clean up computers.
5. Perform others duties assigned by IT Manager/IT Executive

Job Requirements

BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
MCSA , MCSE certified also preferred
Able to learn new IT technologies
Good Team player, Can do attitude , Quick learner
Able to work under pressure
Minimum 2 years experience in IT Help desk and related positions.
Familiar with application and maintenance of network and system devices(server.switches.routers.etc.)
Any other tasks assigned by Upper Management
