Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Provide first-line technical support to office staff, addressing hardware and software issues, including printer troubleshooting and peripherals.
  • Install, configure and maintain computer systems (PCs, laptops) and manage mobile devices via Microsoft Intune.
  • Administer Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), with a focus on SharePoint site management and permissions.
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including VLAN segmentation and basic administration of Cisco and MikroTik hardware.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of CCTV systems.
  • Monitor network stability and security, performing regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve complex IT-related issues.
  • Provide IT training and guidance to office staff to improve digital literacy.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Support with strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and iOS/macOS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ADDS, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365/SharePoint administration.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, specifically VLANs and familiarity with Cisco or MikroTik environments.
  • Practical experience in hardware maintenance, including CCTV and printers.
  • Growth Mindset: A strong commitment to continuous self-improvement and staying updated on evolving technology trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to technical support and infrastructure maintenance.
