• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, servers, and software applications to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime
• Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provide expert support when necessary
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization, ensuring effective performance and professional development.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to IT staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
• Manage IT budgets, expenditures, and procurement processes, negotiating contracts, licenses, and service agreements with vendors and suppliers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads, executives, and end-users, to understand IT needs, prioritize projects, and deliver solution.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices and advise on future IT investments

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP, PMP) and Master’s Degree or MBA are an advantage.
• Minimum (5) years of IT management experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience in networking, server management, and cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and IT investments effectively.
• Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to technological changes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
