  • Preparing and setting the system configuration to set the new product or packages.
  • Conducting DB related tasks, such as, getting data for reporting, changing the product/ package setting, etc.
  • Preparing the KPI report to related department. 
  • Setting and proceeding the plan to improve and optimize the operation works
  •  Setting member task plan and support team member.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field.
  • IT system development skills
  • Knowledge of Billing system and process
  • Leadership and  decision-making capabilities
  • Good communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Working knowledge of system development and maintainance
  • Critical Thinking and problem solving capabilities
  • Project Management skills
  • Good at vendor management
