Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  •  Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and technical information.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Update and manage customer database and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Support the sales team in forecasting, reporting, and documentation tasks.
  • Track and follow up on open quotations, tenders, and project opportunities.
  • Work closely with the technical and procurement teams to ensure accurate product delivery timelines.
  • Assist with tender submissions and documentation preparation.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inside sales (preferably in IT/System Integration or technology sector).
