Job Overview:

The Officer, Revenue Operation Center for Billing & Charging (B2B) supports the day-to-day operation, monitoring, service management, testing, and business support of Charging & Billing and related IT systems to help ensure stable B2B services and timely issue resolution.

System Operations & Service Support

• Monitor Charging & Billing systems, alarms, interfaces, scheduled activities, and service/transaction processing; perform routine health checks and first-level troubleshooting.
• Handle assigned incidents and complaints, collect relevant logs and transaction details, coordinate resolution, and escalate unresolved or service-impacting issues.

Business, Product & Testing Support

• Work with business stakeholders as an IT representative to support requirement gathering, solution review, testing, deployment, and Go-Live activities.
• Assist in configuring and validating billing products such as tariff plans, packages, promotions, and related product requirements.
• Execute assigned UAT for prepaid and postpaid services, record test results and defects, and perform pre/post-deployment validation.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

• Participate in IT projects as a project team member and complete assigned activities in line with agreed scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with Product, IT, Network, Revenue Assurance, Customer Operations, vendors, and other stakeholders during product releases and operational activities.

Operational Governance & Knowledge

• Follow approved incident, change, security, access-control, DR, and operational procedures; maintain required records, checklists, and evidence.
• Complete periodic domain assessment tests and knowledge activities to demonstrate and strengthen understanding of assigned systems and processes.

​​​​​Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Typically 1–3 years of relevant IT or Telecom experience; application, billing, or production support experience is desirable.

Skillsets 

• Basic knowledge of Linux, SQL/databases, APIs, application logs, networking, and telecom charging/billing concepts is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation
• Linux, Database, Telecom, or related technical certification (desirable)
