An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assist to the senior co-worker not only daily technical tasks but also the office work.
Able to utilize the office appliances such as copiers, printers and personal computers for daily job assignments and as well as understanding those hardware maintenance proceses.
Able to be responsible for office help desk duties including technical services & documentation, and be able to emphasize on communication between Unit and other parties.
Negotiating with the technology vendors for the IT maintenance service agreements.
Able to be responsible for procurements of the IT hardware and software (including PCs, peripherals, servers, networking equitment, operating systems and other software) by preparing & processing necesary documentation.
Shall maintain the reporting system under the company procedure and perform alternate workload upon requirement of an IT Unit.
Able to work at shift duty assigned.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Similar certified holders like A+, N+, Server+, CCNA, Linux Administration.
Fresher or minimum of one-year hands-on experience in related fields will be prioritized.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, Email platform and as well as Browsing process.
Shall have problem solving skills and ability to prioritize the workload.
Ability to multi-task and work as well in an IT unit by complying the compnay procedures.
Shall have English (4) skills as an advantage.
