Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Communicate with internal and external for systems set up and resolve issue.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware of software errors.
  • Provide fast and efficient IT support to employees
  • Provide technical issue resolution for: printers, UPS’s, networks and end users.
  • Repairing equipment and replacing parts laptops, desktops, printers, projectors
  • Understand and can provide user support and resolve problems related to the different uses of computing systems.
  • Knowledge of hardware/ Server operating systems through current version
  •  User support with phone, remote software for other sites
  • Assist IT Service desk with issues around CCTV / support as required.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated
  • At least 1 year experience in IT field would be advantage
  • Must have a strong willingness to learn
  • Understanding and skillful in Window OS installation and any software installation.
  • Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel
