Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable microservices architectures.
Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
Develop and optimize database queries, transactions, and persistence layers.
Implement unit, integration, and performance testing.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and Frontend Developers.
Implement application security and performance optimization measures.
Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
Participate in technical design, effort estimation, and solution architecture discussions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4-5+ years of Java development experience (fresh graduates may apply for junior roles).
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
Experience with enterprise applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Good understanding of OOP, design principles, and software development best practices.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA, SQL/NoSQL databases, and RabbitMQ or similar tools.
Knowledge of security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security, and SSL/TLS.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
