The role of the position holder will be to assist team members, provide bank officers, support for the Bank’s trade operation and demonstrated cooperation capabilities, including ability to organise to obtain an organisation goal. The role holder is also responsible for performing day to day trade operations to achieve customer satisfaction while minimising the occurrence of operational risks and monitor customer trade transactions, and report any exceptions to the supervisor.

• Perform the maker lever for the Export letters of credit, Import letter of credit and trade financing transaction.
• Check the application form for all of the trade finance products (especially the financing application form).
• Check all information thoroughly to ensure there are no errors and what is being presented is evaluated and validated correctly in the interests of the bank and its policies.
• Gathering of necessary information or documentation to complete any related financing transactions.
• Retrieve, create, send, and release messages using the SWIFT system. 
• Follow-up and resolve pending all of the transactions.
• Cooperate with and assist other members of the personnel with the completion of the day's work and any other tasks that could be associated with this position.

• Performing transactions relating to trade financing transaction.

• Daily Check and prepare the financing register and Report to Finance Dept: and another internal stakeholder.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must have 1-2-year experience in the Banking field
• Must have Microsoft word, Excel and Internet skills
