Assist in posting daily debit vouchers and accounting entries into the accounting system accurately and on time.

Support the maintenance and monthly review of cash book and bank book in coordination with the cashier.

Assist in checking supplier payments, receipts, and expense transactions for accuracy and proper documentation.

Help maintain fixed asset records and support reconciliation with the accounting system.

Assist in managing staff advances, prepaid expenses, and expense claims to ensure proper documentation and timely settlement.

Support day-to-day accounting operations and routine accounting tasks.

Assist in monitoring inventory valuation and basic cost checking activities.

Participate in monthly stock checks and assist with reconciliation of inventory records with warehouse data.

Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of journals and basic account reconciliations.

Escalate issues or discrepancies to senior accounting staff and support improvement initiatives when required.

Ensure assigned accounting tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Provide assistance to the Accounting Manager and senior team members as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Any Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, or a similar role is required; experience in logistics or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Strong knowledge of inventory valuation methods and cost accounting principles.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise between finance and operations teams.

Good attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
