Job Description
Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) in accounting software or ledgers.
Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
Process invoices and verify supporting documents.
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.
Prepare payment schedules and monitor collections.
Assist in tracking inventory purchases and sales.
Maintain accurate records of goods traded, costs, and margins.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support senior accountants in budget preparation and financial analysis.
