Job Description

Payroll Management

  • Calculate monthly salaries for all staff accurately and on time.

  • Verify attendance, leave records, and overtime data for payroll processing.

  • Deduct and process applicable income tax and social security contributions in compliance with regulations.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and initiate recruitment as needed.

  • Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.

  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, and liaise with candidates during the selection process.

  • Verify and process personal documents and employment forms for all new hires.

Employee Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both digital and physical formats.

  • Ensure proper documentation is collected and securely filed.

  • Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management

  • Assist in planning and documenting employee performance appraisal processes.

  • Coordinate evaluation schedules with department heads and follow up on feedback submissions.

General HR Support

  • Provide HR-related assistance to all departments when required.

  • Support HR reporting, audits, and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 1 years of HR experience, preferably with payroll and recruitment responsibilities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and social security regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR/payroll software.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
