  • Dealing and communication people in good way
  • Handle correspondence, telephone contacts and incoming mail, including confidential matetials, in a professional and expedient manner
  • Set up of presentation and preparing business proposal
  • Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Prospect new business opportunities to obtain new customers, grow existing customers and increase market penetration
  • Handling customer complaints in a very prompt response
  • Arrange business meetings and one-to-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Provide assistant in preparing data analytical and statistical information, and other special projects as required
  • Be responsible for a series of process such as leasing, negotiation and contract signing etc
  • Liaise with tenants on renewable, termination, payments and complaints regarding leasing matters
  • Every weekly and monthly report to Manager

  • Any graduate
  • Interest in research & survey, analysis and statistics
  • Customer service and PR skill
