Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative Channel Support to join our Transaction Banking team at KBZBank. KBZPay Channel support generally helps the channel Leads in the development and implementation of different strategies to acquire a strong position in the market and stay ahead in the competition. Here is a list of the responsibilities:

  1. Support in the implementation of new projects or enhancements assigned to the Channel Managers to deliver in the given timeline
  2. Review bi-weekly and monthly customer feedback reports from Call Center and inform Channel Managers for next action plan
  3. Assist in analysis of assigned product transactions and competitors and execute the action plans assigned by the Channel Managers accordingly
  4. Prepare customer journey flow, FAQs and Feedback forms for new enhancements and version release
  5. Assist the Channel Managers in preparing BRDs (Business Requirement Document) for the new features development and existing features enhancement.
  6. Assist the Channel Managers in preparation/alignment of SOPs and user guides of process/product enhancement and new process/product
  7. UAT testing for some major features/products and alignment and report to Channel Managers for findings of issues in the UAT environment
  8. Monitor the Campaign Effectiveness and transaction trends on daily basis and report the Channel Managers for any necessary action

Job Requirements

  • Excel and any analytics tools
  • Should be detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver the results on the given deadline
  • Good communication and fair relation building skills
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to communicate in both Myanmar and English language
  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in national management degree college OR marketing OR engineering Or computer science.
