Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations & ensuring Hygiene & Cleanliness are maintained at the workplace.
  • Check the incoming raw materials/packaging materials and confirm with the required specifications, also conduct a visual check and record. And report any abnormalities (out of specs.) to the supervisor.
  • Check all finished products (Treated) by conducting required tests for the Cullet & Sand Processed from Cullet Treatment Plant & Sand Washing Plant respectively.
  • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
  • Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and inform the supervisor of any need for maintenance/repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSMS ISO 22000 standards for Quality and Food Safety Systems.
  • Follow the Company’s Rules and Regulations at the factory premises.
  • Also support to Lab Team for checking the Density and Color of the Bottles.
  • Other activities as deemed fit to support overall Quality Excellence programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (IC, Chemistry, Physics) or equivalent Degree
  • Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of chemical analysis, raw material testing, and quality control.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and basic analytical instruments.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in shifts and in a manufacturing environment
