Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise and guide Technical Service staff and assign daily tasks.
  • Prepare and review Master Processing & Packaging Instructions.
  • Prepare and review Technology Transfer and Research Protocols/Reports.
  • Coordinate and participate in New Product Development and Process Validation activities.
  • Provide technical support during production trials and validation batches.
  • Manage and verify technical data entry in the Oracle System.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, QC, and other departments.
  • Ensure technical documents comply with GMP, SOPs, and company requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Monitor team performance and support staff development.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of GMP, New Product Development, Technology Transfer, and Validation.
  • Good English communication and strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
