 Assist in new formulation or reprocess formula creating.  Production of lab samples, testing of product (performance, stability, analytical…),  Systematically keeping his/ her laboratory notebook up to date  Assistant in developing, validating, implementing, and reviewing procedures/ processes used in the laboratory Participating in industrial trials as required for the production of consumer test samples or scale-up studies.  Maintenance of his/ her laboratory equipment and working space.  Ensuring that work is carried out according to Myanmar FDA guidelines.  To Assist technical R&D team member.  Take existing documentation and reformat, modifying as required  Gather existing documentation from R&D teams  Other ad hoc duties, as requiredTrouble Shooting  Ensure timely information about out of specification found to all teams involved.  Find out the cause of out of specification and to eliminate the recurrence of the root cause of problem by preventive action. Nosing and Tasting  Prepare, assist, and participate in daily/weekly nosing and tasting to monitor the quality of products.  Prepared & Assist in nosing & tasting of GRG Management, Sales & Marketing Team.

Preferably minimum a degree in Chemistry, IC, Food Technology, Biochemistry or in food related fields and BE (Chemical) Min 2 years’ experience in FMCG lab or Food industry Lab.May sometimes require working long hours to follow through urgent assignments.  Take on additional roles from time to time as part of job enlargement and experience.  Taste and smell of whisky/gin/rum and wine
