An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Manage and oversee Chemical , Physical and Microbiological laboratory work.
Develop detailed work plan for Chemical , Physical and Microbiological Laboratory
Supervise Laboratory testing method of production process/ procedure aligning with budget setting design and complying with standards .
Ensure the analyzed methods are accurately in accordance to related guidelines and references .
Release finished product . Handle the nonconformance inline and finished product to ensure they are not released to market .
Track microorganisms in a range of environments.
Monitor and analyze the trend to prevent the undesired quality issue .
Conduct , monitor and control the retained sample .
Handle for product complain and coordinate with operations to do root cause analysis and corrective action.
Provide input (defect identification) for trouble shooting team in case quality issue happen
Coaching and training to subordinates to ensure the method is right and quality staffs have been trained properly and competence in their field.
Performed miscellaneous duties , which are work-related as assigned.
Ensure the good accurate and reliable of Proficiency test (PT test) .
Validate all Critical Control Points(CCP) including key Control points.
Provide the training to improve plant hygiene.
