Under the overall supervision L&D Manager (Learning & Development) will perform the following learning and development duties and responsibilities;

  • Implement the effective training programs as planned and fit with expected outcomes.
  • Perform training needs analysis and survey vendors in order to get the best fit to organization's need.
  • Ensure all training records are maintained and updated.
  • Plan and Track training budgets, monitor and report accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly training reports and submit regularly to L&D Manager.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly training budget report.

Job Requirements

  • Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 0-2 years’ in entry level or related  experience.
  • Age between (20-25) years old.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Having problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English language.
