  1. Advice on variety of legal matters and legal risks.
  2. Providing the documents, letters and contracts for all legal issues.
  3. Ensuring compliance to the current laws and regulations at Myanmar.
  4. Preparing the legal opinions, memoranda and briefing documents.
  5. Reviewing and reporting the legal material on every legal issues.
  6. Monitoring and reporting the implementation of the legal clauses.
  7. Meeting and negotiation with dealers/ clients in debts or in disputes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws, L.L.B.
  • Able to work as permeant legal advisor (Full Time employee).
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as legal advisor or lawyer in private or public sector.
  • Fluent in Computer Skills (Microsoft word, excel).
  • Excellent judgement and ability to anticipate legal issues or risks.
  • Discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Good at communication and problem-solving skills with proactive approach.
  • Can travel to any divisions as required.
