Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure that all products/services and procedure comply with state, local and international regulations and international practice, and ensure consistent regulatory compliance
  • Reinforce products and services compliance monitoring, execute compliance control processes, and assist in defining the ongoing compliance testing programs
  • Fulfill regulatory information requests through the coordination, preparation and submission of regulatory documents to regulators, customers and other external parties
  • Monitor and track Banking’s compliance with policies and procedures
  • Analyze on Myanmar laws, regulations and procedures while coordinating with the associated departments
  • Provide real time advice / guidance on policy, procedure and / or regulatory requirements to the business
  • Execute requires regulatory compliance reviewing and recommendation to Section Head /  Head of Department, and other necessary reporting requirements
  • Assist with the implementation of changes to the Compliance Risk Management platform, as well as internal policies and procedures, to understand impact and ensure compliance review procedures are updated as appropriate
  • Provide assistance, support and management of other projects as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree with major Law
  • MA or LLM in Business Law preferred
  • 3 to 5 years at a Law Firm or Financial Service Industry
