Overall Responsibilities

Providing of various undertaking for all Divisions, Departments and Branches.

Key Areas of Accountability

  • Supporting and communication with related Departments for undertakings.
  • To register and providing of various undertakings (180 – 200 files for per month)
  • Preparing for monthly report.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or an equivalent/relevant educational background.
  • A Higher Grade Pleader (HGP) certificate would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of banking laws, regulations, and related legal requirements.
  • Interest in and willingness to learn other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to further develop these skills.
  • Understanding of the company’s reporting systems and procedures.
  • Good understanding of professional etiquette, due regard, and due respect when communicating and dealing with colleagues, clients, and relevant authorities.
