- Source and purchase local materials, products, and services according to the company's requirements.- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and favorable purchasing terms.- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of goods.- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers.- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and other departments regarding purchasing activities.- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documents.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.- Strong knowledge of the local market and supplier network.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).- Ability to analyze quotations and compare costs effectively.- Ability to work independently and under pressure.- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.- Willing to travel locally when required.
