Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Inbound Logistics Operations:

  • Oversee the receipt of goods from suppliers, ensuring transportation process from site to site according to schedule
  • Monitor and manage the unloading, sorting, and storing of inbound materials and goods in a timely manner.
  • Ensure goods are inspected for quality and quantity discrepancies upon arrival, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for resolution.

 

Inventory supervision operation

  • Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained and documented
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to properly store goods according to safety and inventory guidelines.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports on inbound logistics performance, and present findings to management.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as production, inventory control, and transportation, to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Certifications such as Supply Chain Management, Logistic and warehouse management, or related field are preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.  …) and ERP Basic aware

 

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years and above of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervision role
