Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and maintain minimum / maximum stock levels for spare parts
  • Monitor and control incoming and outgoing goods
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters
  • Handle Import / Export processes and related documentation
  • Maintain and update Spare Parts Tracking System
  • Update SOP and prepare documents for Audit purposes
  • Handle urgent logistics requirements in a timely manner
  • Prepare logistics plans to ensure smooth operations
  • Submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reports to HOD / BOD
  • Ensure SOP compliance and audit documentation readiness

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of working experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), E-mail communication, and Report Writing
  • Good communication skills (Written & Speaking) with Suppliers and Vendors
  • Strong knowledge of Stock Control, Delivery Process, and Logistics Flow
  • Good teamwork spirit with leadership skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
