Position: Import & Logistics Executive

Salary : Negotiable

Job Category : Logistic / Custom clearance / Importation

  • Handle importation process and apply for Import Licence/Permit through TradeNet 2
  • Prepare and submit required documents for import permit application
  • Coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents for import shipments
  • Prepare purchase orders (PO) and shipping documentation
  • Review import/shipping documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Monitor shipment timelines and ensure smooth customs clearance
  • Track and resolve import/shipment issues
  • Prepare invoices and related documentation

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export or logistics
  • Strong knowledge of import procedures and TradeNet system
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
