About the Role

The Logistics Manager will be based in Mandalay and oversee the full lifecycle of warehouse and logistics operations, from raw material receiving to finished goods dispatch. This role is critical in supporting production efficiency through inventory control, waste management, and accurate reporting across the manufacturing supply chain.

Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end inventory and warehouse management, including raw materials, spare parts, finished goods, and consumables

• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, issuing, and stock control to minimize loss and discrepancies

• Implement warehouse planning and stock classification strategies (fast-moving, slow-moving, reusable items)

• Forecast procurement needs for imported materials at least three months in advance

• Coordinate with production teams to track Work In Process (WIP) and by-products on a daily basis

• Monitor production stages to ensure accurate data recording and waste reduction

• Prepare monthly reports on operational performance, stock valuation, and waste analysis

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs

• Supervise logistics staff, enforce discipline, and manage performance

• Coordinate goods transfer to branch offices with complete documentation and approvals

• Conduct physical stock counts and perform monthly reconciliation of inventory, WIP, and manufacturing costs

Job Overview

• Working Hour: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Working Day: Monday to Saturday

• Holiday: Sunday and Gazette Holidays

• Report To: Assistant General Manager (dotted line to Executive Director)

• Work Location: Industrial Zone (Pyigyitagon Township), Mandalay

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management within a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong understanding of raw materials handling and WIP processes

• Proficient in inventory management systems and detailed data recording

• Proven ability to lead teams, enforce discipline, and uphold safety standards

• Strong capability in stock analysis, forecasting, and operational reporting

• High accuracy in documentation, stock verification, and reconciliation
