Oversee and optimize the end-to-end delivery process for the store’s products and services. Responsible for managing and coordinating the various aspects of order fulfillment, from the moment a customer places an order to the successful delivery of the product to their doorstep. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.

• Order Processing: You will be in charge of efficiently processing incoming orders from the ecommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details, and verifying payment information.
• Inventory Management: Collaborating with inventory teams, you will monitor stock levels, plan for replenishments, and prevent stockouts or overstocks to meet customer demands.
• Delivery Performance: You will be accountable for meeting delivery performance metrics such as on-time delivery, delivery accuracy, and reducing delivery lead times.
• Customer Service: Handling delivery-related customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions, and striving to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze the delivery process for potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all delivered products meet quality standards and conducting periodic audits to maintain the highest quality.
• Cost Management: Managing the delivery budget effectively and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on service quality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various teams, including the warehouse, customer support, marketing, and product teams, to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular reports and performance metrics related to delivery operations, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and propose strategic improvements.
•  Ensure that hardware in the store is in good condition and can be used effectively also coordinate with ISD head office or maintenance company in all maintenance related issues.
• Verify accuracy of data recording system at POS, including other areas and back up corrective daily and monthly data
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in ecommerce store operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to lead a team of delivery staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in order processing and delivery tracking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance related to ecommerce deliveries.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and Software used in relation to warehousing operations.
