Job Description

Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure that all logistics operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced.
Prepare and present logistics reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

Any graduate
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Ability to work extended hours
