Job Description

  • Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure that all logistics operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Prepare and present logistics reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work extended hours
