•    Must be able to plan and prepare drawings for construction of overhead or underground lines, cable, and conduits
•    Can be able to plan and prepare site facilities, site preparation, power system
•    To prepare detailed construction and installation drawings, estimates equipment, labor, and material costs
•    To do cooperation with other teams and subcontractor to Implement (include problem-solving)
•    To be able to initiate work authorization request and submits request with substantiating drawings and documents for management approval
•    To have knowledge of power systems, fiber optics and communication equipment
•    Must have strong knowledge of Project Management and Problem-solving techniques
•    Can be able to perform survey for fiber and ODN network installation
•    To be able to plan and prepare purchasing for fiber and ODN network accessories
 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical engineering, or IT related degree
•    At least 3 years of experience with Network operation, Project Management, and Implementation for Service Provider Networks
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Good skill and knowledge in Fiber Optic design, ODN network, GPON and FTTx
•    Good command in English both writing and speaking 
•    Proficient in computer literacy using Microsoft office Suite, Microsoft outlook and related software
•    Strong experience in AutoCAD 2D and Google Map (Kmz)
•    Good knowledge with the products of Optical Fiber Network related and their designs and solutions
